5 Mistakes to Avoid on Your eCom Google Ads

1️⃣ No duplicate purchase conversions in campaign goals.
2️⃣ Ensure the Dynamic Remarketing tag is working properly, ecomm_prodid or id should be firing around 30% or more.
3️⃣ Do not track vanity conversions like pageviews, add to cart, or begin checkout as primary, in campaign goal.
4️⃣ Make sure the primary purchase conversion tag is setup on the website, not imported from Google Analytics
5️⃣ Do not use non-brand keywords in your brand campaign. Use different search campaigns.
💔 It breaks my heart to see these elemetary mistakes almost every time I audit Google Ads campaigns for eCom DTC brands.
